Potato Digger
The potato digger model KMC has been designed and built to dig one or more rows of potatoes up to a maximum working width of 1,80 meters. It downloads the products to the ground again.
Thanks to its characteristics, this machine can be used to dig soft products, mature ones and for opening the fields.
It must be connected to the tractor three lifting points and it is driven by the cardan shaft, which connects the gear box of the machine to the tractor pto.
The front digging parts is made by a spade ploughshare with various arms (which number changesaccording to the model) and by two cutting grass disks.
The product the ploughshare digs goes on top of the belt, it is cleaned from soil in excess and downloaded again to the rear part of the machine, in a central in-line row.
The belt is placed on top of movable rollers and supports, and it is equipped with shaking devices that vibrate and help in cleaning products from soil.
The belt movement is given by two transmission belts, placed inside a protection plate, assembled to the machine frame.

Potatoes digger-harvester
The models Spring (750/35, 750/20R), Green 750/5 and Green 650/5 dig a row of potatoes and at the same time harvest it. The product, once dig, goes up on belts where various cleaning devices eliminate soil, leaves and other impurities and then it is selected by the operators (which number changes according to the machine model). Then product is collected (according the machine model) into big cases, cases, bags or directly into the truck trailers.
All these models operate in the total respect of the products, that at the end of the harvest are complete, homogeneous and without any damage.
