Spring 750/20 R - Onions Harvester
Automated harvest, professionally addressed to medium size companies.
Harvesting system for product already dig and placed in a row.
Strong construction and with low barycentre; hydraulic transmission independent from the tractor equipped with a pump flange-mounted on the pto; hydraulic movement of the shaft and steering tyres; control box placed inside the tractor cab; one group of hydraulic valves placed on top of the machine to control the rounds for minute of the various separating belts; these are the characteristics that allow the rational and efficient management of this model.
The wide selecting surfaces and the "Spring" harvesting system enable the separation of the soil without being aggressive and without forcing the products. In these models, products are collected by the first belt "cups" and then transported up to the hedgehog belt without any fall, where two opposite rotating rollers gently rise the products until the selection belt, while impurities run under the roller and are ejected from the machine or brought to the soil belt for a further selection.
The separate control of each active surface (sq 7,24) enables to rationally feed each selecting station, gibing a daily high productivity and awarding an excellence to the products quality.
