The wide areas for selection and the bunker capacity make this model suitable to harvest from 1 up to 1,5 ha of potatoes a day.
Strong construction and supporting trapezium-shaped frame with low barycentre; hydraulic transmission independent from the tractor, equipped with a pump flange-mounted on the pto; hydraulic movement of the shaft and steering tyres; two control boxes placed inside the tractor cab: one to manage all the operations during the harvest and the other one to control the download operations of the bunker; 5 adjusting hydraulic valves give the operators the opportunity to rationally control all the belts rounds/minute; two very wide platforms can accept up to 8 operators.
With this model, Carlotti company increased the productivity, keeping the full respect of the tubers. This model maintains all the characteristics of the Spring series, it is not aggressive to the soil and least of all with the potatoes.
The selecting areas have been widened (9,2 sm) and each station is separated, having a total autonomy of belts speed.
Products are moved up from the harvesting belt to the hedgehog belt, where two rotating rollers (running to opposite directions) gently lift the products to the selecting belts, while soil in excess runs under the rollers and is eliminated. Some soil together with under size potatoes goes up to the waste belt, where the operators proceed with the selection.
